Rising tuition fees at the time when more and more people and families are feeling the squeeze is not helping to make higher education a choice for many. For lots of people, already strangled by debt, they just don’t see it as a viable option. Well, many people might think that they cannot afford higher education, but in the long term it’s a No Brainer! You might have to struggle short term (okay, well four years might not be that short) but in the long term you will be more than adequately financially rewarded for all your hard work – look at the big picture!
Higher education partnerships are organizations which help to promote higher education, it’s important to think about all of the positive benefits of higher education to individuals and to the community, rather than the negative ‘costs’ of the education.

These partnerships are primarily concerned with reversing the downward trend in higher education being felt by many universities and colleges, safeguarding the faculty jobs and ensuring that there are plenty of college places still available for the students of the future. With fund raising and awareness raising events, they work tirelessly to applaud the work of the universities they are involved with, and the staff and students who work so hard to keep it alive.
It’s important for corporations, groups and individuals to support their local universities, after all, many of the highly educated staff employed would not be available without the university and colleges.
